摘 要:随着新时代能源互联网演进发展,传感器作为物联网中的最基础核心器件,对持续电源供给的需求与日俱增。采用无线能量传输可以实时便捷的为此传感器进行能量供给。现有成熟的整流天线设计多集中在5.8GHz以下,更高频段且大功率的整流设计鲜有涉及。本文重点研究一款工作在X波段的圆极化大功率整流天线,主要包括天线和整流电路优化设计2部分。天线采用圆极化设计,工作在9.6GHz频段,在0到45。的宽角度范围内都具有良好的圆极化轴比,可以灵敏的接收能量信号。整流电路基于双管并联结构和短路匹配支节进行设计,实测在1W的输入功率下可获得50%的整流效率。最后进行天线和电路的整合,并进行实测,300mW的发射功率下,在负载为40欧姆的情况下可获得1.25V的输出电压。实验结果表明,该结构可以有效的实现远距离能量传输。With the evolution and development of the energy Internet in the new era,as the most basic core device in the Internet of Things,the demand for continuous power supply is increasing day by day.The wireless energy transmission can be used to provide energy for this sensor in real time and conveniently.Existing mature rectifier antenna designs are mostly concentrated below 5.8GHz,and higher-frequency and high-power rectifier designs are rarely involved.This article focuses on a circularly polarized high-power rectifier antenna working in the X-band,which mainly includes the antenna and rectifier circuit optimization design.The antenna uses a circular polarization design and operates in the 9.6 GHz frequency band,from 0 to 45.It has a good circular polarization axis ratio in a wide angle range and can sensitively receive energy signals.The rectifier circuit is designed based on a two-tube parallel structure and a short-circuit matching branch.The measured rectification efficiency is 50%at an input power of 1W.Finally,the antenna and circuit are integrated and measured.Under a transmission power of 300mW,an output voltage of 1.25V can be obtained with a load of 40 ohms.Experimental results show that the structure can effectively achieve long-distance energy transmission.
