摘 要:为研究钢波纹板-轻质自密实混凝土组合结构加固前后桥涵性能的变化规律,以京哈高速某旧桥加固工程为依托,通过应变和挠度的现场试验,结合FEA有限元数值计算,对采用钢波纹板-轻质自密实混凝土组合结构加固前后桥梁整体刚度、结构承载能力的变化情况进行研究。结果表明:钢波纹板与混凝土协同变形能力好、组合结构整体性良好;钢波纹板-轻质自密实混凝土组合结构加固方法能明显降低动态挠度变化幅度和相邻板间相对位移比,对板间横向联系和桥梁整体刚度有较为明显的改善作用,桥梁承载力可提高85.29%。In order to study the change law of the performance of bridges and culverts before and after the reinforcement of the steel corrugated plate-light self-compacting concrete composite structure,a field test of strain and deflection based on an old bridge reinforcement project of the Beijing-Harbin Expressway was carried out in conjunction with FEA finite element numerical calculations.Changes in the overall stiffness and structural bearing capacity of the bridge before and after the steel corrugated plate-light self-compacting concrete composite structure is used for reinforcement.The results show that the steel corrugated board and concrete have good cooperative deformation ability and good integrity of the combined structure;the steel corrugated board and lightweight self-compacting concrete composite structure strengthening method can significantly reduce the dynamic deflection change amplitude and the relative displacement ratio between adjacent plates.The horizontal connection between the bridge and the overall stiffness of the bridge can be significantly improved,and the bearing capacity of the bridge can be increased by 85.29%.
