摘　　要：在工程建设项目传统管理流程的基础上,结合了BIM构件管理内容,研究BIM技术对项目管理流程的再造。重点阐述了BIM构件信息对建设管理中的进度、质量、安全、计量等管理内容的细化作用,对每阶段的管理内容结合BIM构件信息做出了相关举例说明,并将整个建设阶段的管理通过构件信息串联起来,实现项目整体和局部的精细化管理,为信息化建设工程的设计、施工及管理提供借鉴。Based on the traditional management process of engineering construction project,combined with the management contents of BIM component,the research on the reengineering of project management process based on BIM technology is made.The refining effect of BIM component information on management contents like schedule,quality,safety,measurement and so on in construction management is elaborated emphatically.The relevant illustration of management contents in each stage combining with BIM component information is made,and the management of the whole construction stage is connected in series through component information,so as to realize the overall and partial fine management of the project,and provide reference for the design and construction of information construction engineering.
