芬兰共产党的政策主张和实践探索评析

摘　　要：面对国内外局势的深刻变化,芬兰共产党谴责右翼政府大幅削减社会保障投入和破坏劳动条件的行为,主张建立完善的社会保障制度;强调与世界各国人民团结起来共同反对北约等帝国主义组织,并对受北约等帝国主义组织侵略的国家进行声援,以实现民主,维护和平;主张出台一系列规章制度来保护环境,以实现能源的可持续利用和经济的可持续发展,最终推动国家的可持续进步。芬兰共产党的政策主张和实践提高了芬兰人民对参与政治问题的兴趣、推动了环保运动的发展、提升了自身的国际地位。但由于其未能坚持不懈地践行这些主张,未能向人民广泛宣传自己的理论思想等原因,芬兰共产党的一些目标没有得以顺利实现。在2019年召开的全国代表大会上,芬兰共产党强调现在是谋求合作和取得进步的最佳时机,提出加强宣传、制定纲领、对党员进行马克思主义教育、有效利用新媒体、联合所有左翼力量等新举措。Facing profound changes at home and abroad,the Communist Party of Finland condemns the right-wing government for its drastic reduction of social security investment and destruction of labor conditions,and advocates the establishment of a sound social security system;the Party emphasizes uniting with the peoples of the world to oppose NATO and other imperialist organizations,and supports countries invaded by them to achieve democracy and peace;the Party advocates implementing a series of rules and regulations to protect the environment for sustainable energy use and economic development,and ultimately promote sustainable development of the country.As a result,the Party's policies and practice have increased the Finnish people's interest in political participation,have promoted the environmental protection movements,and have enhanced the Party's international status.However,some of the Party's objectives have not been successfully achieved because of their failure to persistently put its ideas into practice and widely publicize its theories to the people.Tt its National Congress held in 2019,the Party emphasized that it was the best time to seek cooperation and make progress,and proposed such new measures as strengthening publicity,formulating programs,educating party members on Marxism,effectively using new media,and uniting all left-wing forces.
