摘　　要：科学评价养老设施空间可达性是其合理配置的基础.基于地理信息系统(GIS)技术,纳入养老设施规模等级因素,采用高斯两步移动搜索(2SFCA)法对上海市中心城区养老设施的空间可达性进行了测算,并采用空间自相关分析探讨了养老设施空间可达性和老年人口密度的关系.结果表明:上海市中心城区各街道养老设施的可达性分布不均,整体上呈现南高北低的分布格局;各区中型养老设施空间可达性稍优于大型养老设施,且均明显优于小型养老设施.未来应充分考虑上海市中心城区地理特征、交通网络和人口分布特点进一步合理配置养老设施.研究结果为上海市养老设施的配置和优化提供了决策依据.Scientific evaluation of the accessibility of residential care facilities is the basis for the rational layout of residential care facilities.Based on geographic information system(GIS),the scale factor of the residential care facilities is included,and the spatial accessibility of the residential care facilities in Shanghai's Central City is measured by Gaussian two-step floating catchment area(2SFCA)method.The spatial autocorrelation analysis is used to explore the relationship between the spatial accessibility of the residential care facilities and the aged population density.The results indicate that the accessibility of the residential care facilities in districts and sub-districts of the study area is different.The accessibility of south area of Shanghai's Central City is higher than that of north area.The accessibility of medium residential care facilities in districts is slightly better than that of large residential care facilities,and is obviously superior to that of small residential care facilities.In the future,the government should further optimize the layout of residential care facilities rationally by considering the geographical characteristics,transportation network and aged population distribution of the Central City in Shanghai.The research results can provide decision making basis for the allocation and optimization of Shanghai residential care facilities.
