述情障碍对护航官兵抑制控制功能的影响

摘　　要：目的研究述情障碍对亚丁湾护航舰员抑制控制功能的影响。方法采取整群抽样方法,选取执行亚丁湾护航任务的某护卫舰的37名舰员进行多伦多述情量表(TAS-20)和抑制控制功能测验,包括数字符号测验、数字广度测验、词语流畅以及Stroop色词测验。结果(1)护航官兵存在述情障碍的占21.62%,且年龄、文化程度及护航次数对述情障碍产生影响,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。(2)有述情障碍的舰员数字符号测验得分(58.23±12.43)分、词语流畅得分(48.76±6.22)分低于无述情障碍组[(62.36±11.26)分,(52.35±7.68)分,P<0.05],Stroop 1(59.72±12.39)s、Stroop 2(25.46±2.48)s计时长于无述情障碍组的计时[(53.21±11.21)s,(21.91±2.32)s,P<0.01]。结论述情障碍可能是护航官兵抑制控制功能的影响因素。Objective To investigate the effects of alexithymia on the inhibition control in the commissioned and enlisted deployed for escort missions in the Gulf of Aden.Methods By random cluster sampling method,37 shipboard naval personnel received TAS-20 and inhibition control tests,including digit symbol test,digit span test,verbal fluency test and Stroop color words test.Results(1)21.62%of the shipboard naval personnel had alexithymia,and age,educational background and frequency of deployment on escort obviously had impact on the development of alexithymia.Statistical significance could be seen when comparisons were made(P<0.01).(2)The scores of the digit symbol test(58.23±12.43)and verbal fluency test(48.76±6.22)for the shipboard naval personnel with alexithymia were lower than those of the shipboard naval personnel without alexithymia(62.36±11.26),(52.35±7.68),with statistical significance(P<0.05).The duration of Stroop color words test 1(59.72±12.39)seconds and 2(25.46±2.48)seconds in the personnel with alexithymia were longer than that of the personnel without alexithymia(53.21±11.21)seconds,(21.91±2.32)seconds,also with statistical significance(P<0.01).Conclusion Alexithymia might be an important influential factor of inhibition control for shipboard naval personnel on escort missions.
