阶梯式康复护理干预对超声内镜治疗胰腺癌患者预后的影响

摘　　要：目的探究阶梯式康复护理干预对超声内镜治疗胰腺癌患者并发症、生活质量及负面情绪的影响。方法选取成都市第六人民医院实施超声内镜治疗的胰腺癌患者,按照术后护理方法不同分为观察组(50例)和对照组(50例)。观察组采用阶梯式康复护理干预,对照组采用常规护理措施。比较2组患者满意度、焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)、生活质量评分(SF-36)结果以及并发症的发生率。结果观察组满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05),SF-36评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05),SAS及SDS评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05),并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阶梯式康复护理干预对实施超声内镜治疗胰腺癌治疗效果显著,可以缓解患者的情绪,提高患者的生活质量,减少并发症发生。Objective To explore the effects of stepwise intervention on complications,quality of life and negative emotions in the patients with pancreatic cancer who underwent endoscopic ultrasonography.Methods One hundred patients with pancreatic cancer admitted to the hospital were recruited as study subjects,and they were equally divided into the observation group(n=50)and the control group(n=50)by random cluster method.The observation group received step-type rehabilitation nursing intervention,while the control group was treated with routine sampling nursing.The satisfaction,negative emotions and life quality scores(using SAS/SDS/SF-36 scales)and the rate of complications were compared between the patients of the 2 groups.Results The satisfaction rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The SF-36 scores of the observation group were also obviously higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly superior to those of the control group(P<0.05),and the rate of complications of the former was obviously lower than that of the latter(P<0.05).Conclusion Stepwise intervention could produce significant effects on the patients with pancreatic cancer treated with endoscopic ultrasonography,alleviate negative patient mood,improve life quality and reduce the rate of complications of the patients.
