摘 要:目的探讨蛋白C(PC)、蛋白S(PS)、抗凝血酶III(AT-III)与突发性耳聋的关系。方法选取2016年1月至2018年6月原海军机关门诊部耳鼻喉科确诊的42例突发性耳聋患者为研究对象,并以同期就诊的42例健康体检者为对照组,比较2组PC、PS、AT-III检测情况。结果突发性耳聋组中PS活性为(83.72±28.43)%,显著低于对照组的(98.86±25.13)%(P<0.05);突发性耳聋组中PS缺陷发生率为23.8%,显著高于对照组的4.8%(P<0.05)。PC和AT-III缺陷发生率在2组间均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论PS活性降低可能是突发性耳聋发生的重要因素之一。Objective To explore the relationship between protein C(PC),protein S(PS),antithrombinⅢ(AT-Ⅲ)and sudden deafness.Methods Forty-two cases of sudden deafness and 42 physical examinees in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology of the former Navy Institutional Clinic were enrolled for study from January 2016 to June 2018.The detection results of PC,PS and AT-Ⅲwere compared between the 2 groups.Results The activity level of PS in the sudden deafness group was(83.72±28.43)%,which was significantly lower than(98.86±25.13)%in the control group(P<0.05).The rate of PS deficiency in the sudden deafness group was 23.8%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(4.8%)(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in PC deficiency and the rate of AT-Ⅲdefects,when comparisons were made between the 2 groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The decrease of PS activity might be one of the important factors of sudden deafness.
