盆底超声在产后早期压力性尿失禁中的应用价值探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨盆底超声在产后早期压力性尿失禁中的应用价值。方法选择2018年1月至2019年12月期间我院收治的60例产后早期压力性尿失禁患者作为观察组,另选择同期我院行产后检查的健康女性60例作为对照组,两组均使用美国GE Voluson E8型彩色多普勒超声诊断仪进行盆底超声检查。观察两组的膀胱颈移动度(Mu)、尿道膀胱后角(Ar、 As)、膀胱颈旋转角(θ)、膀胱颈至耻骨联合中点的距离(Br、 Bs),并比较两组的尿道内口形成率。结果观察组的Mu、 Br、 Bs、 As、 Ar、θ均明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组的尿道内口形成率为36.67%,明显高于对照组的15.00%(P <0.05)。结论盆底超声在产后早期压力性尿失禁的诊断中具有重要的临床应用价值。Objective To explore the application value of pelvic floor ultrasound in early postpartum stress urinary incontinence.Methods 60 cases of patients with early postpartum stress urinary incontinence admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December2019 were selected as observation group, and 60 healthy women with postpartum examination in our hospital at the same time were selected as control group. Both groups used US GE Voluson E8 color Doppler ultrasonoscope for pelvic floor ultrasound examination. The bladder neck mobility(Mu), posterior angle of urinary bladder(Ar and As), rotation angle of bladder neck(θ), and the distance from bladder neck to symphysis pubis midpoint(Br and Bs) of the two groups were observed. The formation rate of urethra internal orifice was compared between the two groups. Results The Mu, Br, Bs, As, Ar and θ of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). The formation rate of urethra internal orifice in the observation group was 36.67%, significantly higher than 15.00% in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusions Pelvic floor ultrasound has important clinical application value in the diagnosis of early postpartum stress urinary incontinence.
