口炎清颗粒联合利多卡因胶浆治疗小儿疱疹性口炎的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨口炎清颗粒联合利多卡因胶浆治疗小儿疱疹性口炎的临床效果。方法选择2017年4月至2019年4月我院收治的86例疱疹性口炎患儿,随机分为两组各43例。对照组采用阿昔洛韦片治疗,观察组采用口炎清颗粒联合利多卡因胶浆治疗,比较两组的治疗效果和不良反应。结果观察组的进食水受阻消失时间、退热时间及口内溃疡消失时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);两组的流涎消失时间比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率为93.02%,明显高于对照组的69.77%(P <0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论口炎清颗粒联合利多卡因胶浆治疗小儿疱疹性口炎可在短时间内改善其临床症状,疗效满意,安全性高,值得进一步推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Kouyanqing granules combined with lidocaine mucilage in the treatment of children with herpetic stomatitis. Methods 86 cases of children with herpetic stomatitis admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to April2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was treated with acyclovir tablets,while the observation group was treated with Kouyanqing granules combined with lidocaine mucilage. The treatment effect and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The disappearance time of food and water intake obstruction, antipyretic time and disappearance time of oral ulcers in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P <0.05). No statistical difference was found in the disappearance time of salivation between the two groups(P >0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.02%, significantly higher than 69.77% in the control group(P <0.05). No statistical difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P >0.05). Conclusions Kouyanqing granules combined with lidocaine mucilage in the treatment of children with herpetic stomatitis can improve the clinical symptoms in a short time, with satisfactory curative effect and high safety, which is worthy of further promotion.
