摘　　要：目的研究MDT护理模式对急性缺血性卒中患者肢体功能及日常生活能力的影响。方法选择2019年4月至2019年9月我院收治的60例急性缺血性卒中患者,成立专业的多学科诊疗团队,临床应用MDT护理模式于急性缺血性卒中患者中,观察患者护理前后的肢体功能及日常生活能力。结果护理后,患者的运动功能评分、肌力评级、日常生活能力评分高于护理前,NIHSS评分低于护理前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论MDT护理模式可显著提高急性缺血性卒中患者的肢体功能及日常生活能力,具有较好的临床效果。Objective To study the influence of MDT nursing mode on limb function and daily living ability in patients with acute ischemic stroke.Methods 60 patients with acute ischemic stroke admitted to our hospital from April 2019 to September 2019 were selected.A professional multi-disciplinary diagnosis and treatment team was established,and MDT nursing mode was applied to the patients with acute ischemic stroke.The limb function and daily living ability before and after nursing were observed.Results After nursing,patients’motor function score,muscle strength rating and daily living ability score were higher than those before nursing,and the NIHSS score was lower than that before nursing(all P<0.05).Conclusions MDT nursing mode in patients with acute ischemic stroke can significantly improve the limb function and daily living ability,with better clinical effect.
