摘 要:针对鄯善采油厂温米油田所属的敏感区域涉酸作业中易产生硫化氢等具有刺激性气味的有害气体的问题,项目研发出敏感区域欠注井不用酸液的增注技术。该技术所用药剂是由多种络合剂、渗透剂、润湿剂、催化剂、降解剂、生物酶和多种表面活性剂复配而成,使欠注井治理过程中既不产生硫化氢等刺激性气味有害气体,又能够有效解除欠注井近井带的堵塞,达到增注的目的。并且作业过程无返排,有效避免了敏感区域的环境污染和欠注井的治理难题。Aiming at the problem that the acid-sensitive operations in the sensitive areas belonging to the Wenshan Oilfield of Shanshan Oil Production Plant are prone to generate harmful gases such as hydrogen sulfide and irritating odors,this study has developed a technology to increase the injection of under-injection wells in sensitive areas without using acid.The agent used in this technology is compounded by a variety of complexing agents,penetrating agents,wetting agents,catalysts,degrading agents,biological enzymes,and a variety of surfactants,so that no hydrogen sulfide is produced during the treatment of under-injection wells.Harmful gas with irritating odor can effectively remove the blockage of the near-well zone of the under-injection well and achieve the purpose of increasing injection And there is no backflow in the operation process,which effectively avoids the environmental pollution in sensitive areas and the problem of governance of under-injection wells.
