糖尿病合并痈的中医外科治疗效果观察

摘　　要：目的探究中医外科治疗糖尿病合并痈的临床治疗效果。方法本次对照实验中,共选取了70例糖尿病合并痈患者作为研究对象,均符合入组标准,并按照治疗方法的不同将其分配为参照组和研究组,每组35例患者,其中参照组使用常规西医疗法,研究组则在常规西医疗法的基础上增加中医外科疗法,并对比治疗有效率、并发症发生率、血糖变化情况以及住院时间。结果应用中医外科疗法的研究组,显效19例,有效15例,无效1例,治疗有效率(97.14%);研究组显效14例,有效15例,无效6例,治疗有效率(82.85%),研究组治疗有效率显著高于参照组,(P<0.05)。其次,研究组患者在治疗过程中出现2例并发症情况,发生率为(5.71%),参照组出现5例并发症,发生率(14.28%),参照组并发症发生率明显高于参照组,(P<0.05)。再次,治疗前两组患者血糖指标无较大差异,(P>0.05),在治疗后,研究组患者空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖明显低于参照组,且研究组患者住院时间明显短于参照组,(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病合并痈患者在治疗过程中应用中医外科治疗可有效提高治疗效果,并保证安全性,对患者的快速康复有积极意义。Objective To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine surgery in the treatment of diabetic carbuncle.Method the contrast experiment,selected the 70 patients with diabetes merged carbuncle as the research object,all fit into the group standard,and according to the different method of treatment to the distribution as control group and research group,each group of 35 patients,including control group using conventional western medicine therapy,the team on the basis of conventional western medicine therapy to increase the surgical therapy of traditional Chinese medicine,and compare the treatment effectiveness,complications,blood sugar and the changes of the length of time.Results in the study group,19 cases showed obvious effect,15 cases were effective,1 case was ineffective,and the effective rate was 97.14%.In the study group,there were 14 cases with obvious effect,15 cases with effective effect and 6 cases with no effect.The effective rate of treatment was 82.85%,which was significantly higher in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).Secondly,2 cases(5.71%)of complications occurred in the study group,5 cases(14.28%)of complications occurred in the control group,and the complication rate in the control group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Thirdly,there was no significant difference in blood glucose between the two groups before treatment(P>,0.05).After treatment,fasting blood glucose and 2h postprandial blood glucose in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the length of hospitalization in the study group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine surgery in the treatment of diabetic carbuncle patients can effectively improve the treatment effect,and ensure the safety,has a positive significance for the rapid recovery of patients.
