摘  要:本文针对国内几种应用于大型循环流化床锅炉中的钟罩式风帽的流化特性进行了冷态及热态试验研究。参考电站锅炉实际运行工况,采用电阻法测量了风帽附近料层的气固流动特性,并采用高速摄影观测了不同流化风温度时风帽周边料层大颗粒的运动特性。试验结果表明,钟罩式风帽内芯小孔总面积对风帽阻力特性和流化特性的影响较大,增大流化风量、提高流化风温度均能使钟罩式风帽的扰动范围增加,风帽周边大颗粒堆积高度降低,料层的扰动特性变好。本文的研究工作可为大型循环流化床电站锅炉风帽的优化设计和运行中风帽磨损、变负荷布风板结焦等不正常运行问题的分析与解决提供参考。The fluidization characteristics of bell-type air nozzles used in several domestic large scale circulating fluidized bed(CFB)boilers were studied in cold and hot states.Based on the actual operating conditions of power station boilers,the gas-solid flow characteristics of the material layer near the air nozzle were measured by resistance method,and the motion characteristics of large particles in the material layer around the air nozzle at different fluidized wind temperatures were observed with high-speed photography.The results show that,the inner tube orifice area has a greater effect on the resistance characteristics and fluidization characteristics.Increasing the fluidizing air volume and the fluidizing air temperature could enlarge the disturbance range of the bell-type air nozzle,decrease the large particle parking height around the air nozzle,and improve the disturbance characteristics of the material layer.The research work can provide references for optimization design of bell-type air nozzle in large scale CFB boilers and the analysis and corresponding solution of operational problems,such as nozzle wear and boiler slagging with load changing.
