摘 要:目前,针对循环流化床(CFB)机组现场试验的研究主要集中在优化调整或掺烧煤方面,很少有学者应用ASME PTC4标准对此进行研究。本文应用ASME PTC4—2008标准对国内某燃煤电厂超临界350 MW级CFB机组性能试验进行研究分析,主要涉及锅炉系统边界、锅炉效率、锅炉干法脱硫率、钙硫摩尔比以及脱硫剂和燃料的质量流量等内容。在计算供电标准煤耗率时,详细比较了冷渣器余热收益作为锅炉有效输出热量或作为锅炉一项热损失的2种计算处理方法对锅炉效率、汽轮机热耗率以及供电标准煤耗率的影响,以防冷渣器吸热量重复计算或者漏算,并结合试验案例进行说明。结果表明:2种处理方法对锅炉效率和汽轮机热耗率影响较大,结果相对偏差分别为0.94%、0.99%;但得到的供电标准煤耗率基本一致,相对偏差仅0.05%。At present,researches on field test of circulating fluidized bed(CFB)units mainly focuse on the optimization adjustment and coal blending,few scholars use ASME PTC4 standard to carry out the study.In this paper,ASME PTC4-2008 standard is applied to analyze the performance test of a supercritical 350 MW CFB unit in a domestic coal-fired power plant,which mainly involves the boiler system boundary,boiler efficiency,dry desulfurization rate,calcium sulfur mole ratio,mass flow of desulfurizer and fuel.When calculating the standard coal consumption rate of power supply,two calculation methods,namely regarding the residual heat income of slag cooler as the effective heat output of boiler or as a heat loss of the boiler,are compared in detail for their influences on the boiler efficiency and the heat consumption rate of steam turbine as well as the standard coal consumption rate of power supply,so as to prevent repeated calculation and missing calculation for heat absorption of slag cooler,and the test case is illustrated.The results show that,the two treatment methods have great influence on boiler efficiency and steam turbine heat rate,the relative deviation is 0.94%and 0.99%respectively,but the standard coal rate of power supply is basically the same,the relative deviation is only 0.05%.The research can provide a reference for performance test of the same type of units.
