摘  要:为消纳新能源发电,循环流化床(CFB)锅炉需要参与到深度调峰中,这导致CFB锅炉床温过低,脱硝效率下降,影响锅炉安全稳定运行。为此,本文提出通过在旋风分离器锥形筒开孔并通入干扰风的方式来控制分离效率,具有成本低、无污染等优点。采用冷态实验和数值模拟相结合的方式进行研究,首先搭建了冷态实验装置,对干扰风的通入形式和速度进行了实验研究,然后采用CFD数值模拟与实验结果进行对比,并将验证过的数值模拟方法应用于某台330 MW机组CFB锅炉上。结果表明:在180°与270°孔中,分离效率随着干扰风速的增大先增大后减小;在0°和90°孔中,分离效率随着干扰风速的增大而减小。综合来看,在90°孔中通入干扰风降低分离效率的效果较好;吹扫角度向下45°能够进一步降低分离效率。本文对参与深度调峰的CFB锅炉灵活性改造有一定借鉴意义。In order to consume the electricity generated by new energy,circulating fluidized bed(CFB)boiler needs to participate in depth and peak regulation.But this will bring out the problem of over low bed temperature and denitration efficiency reduction,which affects the safe and stable operation of the boiler.To solve this problem,it is proposed to control the separation efficiency by opening holes in the cone of the cyclone separator and passing in the interfering wind,which has the advantages of low cost and no pollution.The cold state experiment and numerical simulation were combined to conduct the research.Firstly,the cold state experiment device was built to carry out the experimental study on the inlet form and velocity of the interference wind.Then,the CFD numerical simulation was perfomed and the result was compared with the experimental result.Moreover,the verified numerical simulation method was applied to a 330 MW unit CFB boiler.The results show that,in the hole of 180°and 270°,the separation efficiency increases at first and then decreases with the increase of interference wind speed.In the hole of 0°and 180°,the separation efficiency decreases with the increase of interference wind speed.In general,introducing interference wind in the 90°hole has relative better effect in reducing the separation efficiency.The separation efficiency can be further reduced by blowing down 45°.This paper can provide reference for flexibility retrofitting of CFB boilers participating in deep and peak regulation.
