摘  要:循环流化床(CFB)锅炉风道流场分布情况十分复杂,导致风量难以准确测量。本文基于热力学原理的风机性能测量方法,开发了适用于CFB锅炉的新型风机性能实时测量仪表;在某电厂330 MW机组CFB锅炉2号机组的2台一次风机及2台二次风机上,共安装了4套风机性能实时测量仪表,通过试验验证了仪表的准确性。结果表明:电厂分布式控制系统(DCS)显示一次风机出口风量与就地实测值相差?29.48%,而新型风机性能实时监测仪表测量值相对偏差仅为+0.6%;DCS显示二次风机出口风量与就地实测值相差?11.90%,而新型风机性能实时监测仪表测量值相对偏差仅为?2.2%。该仪表同时还具有结构简单、易于安装、可实时测量出风机效率等优点,克服了传统CFB锅炉风量测量不准确的技术难题,具有较大的市场推广潜力。The distribution of flow field of air duct in circulating fluidized bed(CFB) boiler is very complicated, which makes it difficult to accurately measure the air volume. By using the fan performance measurement method based on thermodynamic principle, this paper develops a new type real-time fan performance measuring instrument suitable for CFB boilers. A total of 4 sets of real-time measuring instruments for fan performance were installed on 2 primary fans and 2 secondary fans of Unit 2 of a 330 MW CFB boiler in a power plant. The accuracy of the meters was verified through experiments. The results show that, the distributed control system(DCS) of the power plant showed that the primary fan outlet air volume differed from the measured value on-site by-29.48%, while the relative deviation of the measured value of the new-type fan performance real-time monitoring instrument was only + 0.6%. The DCS showed the secondary fan outlet air volume differed from the measured value on-site by-11.90%, while the relative deviation of the measured value of the new-type fan performance real-time monitoring instrument was only-2.2%. The meter also has the characteristics of simple structure, easy installation, and real-time measurement of fan efficiency. It overcomes the technical problem of inaccurate air flow measurement of conventional CFB boilers, and has great market potential.
