摘　　要：如何坚持以本为本,加强内涵式建设,提高人才培养质量是专业发展的核心。以西安理工大学计算机科学与技术专业为例,工程认证为抓手,在"以学生为中心,成果导向和持续改进"的教育理念引导下,构建了知识和能力的双螺旋渐增式人才培养模式,"互联网+"混合式教学模式和"建设-监控-评估-反馈-改进"的专业建设持续改进机制,有效地促进了专业建设质量的持续提升。Insisting on undergraduate education as the foundation,strengthening intensive construction and improving the quality of talent cultivation are the core of professional development.Take the computer science and technology of Xi’an University of technology for an example,the double helix incremental talent cultivation mode including knowledge and ability is constructed under the guidance of"Student Centered,Outcome-oriented and Continuous Improvement".Moreover,"Internet+"blended teaching mode and continuous improvement of professional construction which is composed of construction,monitoring,evaluation,feedback and improvement are also constructed in this paper.Therefore,the quality of professional construction is improved greatly.
