摘　　要：现代奥运会技术决策体系中提升运动员话语权具有必要性。造成运动员在现代奥运会技术决策体系中话语权弱化的原因主要有传统技术专家决策论思想的影响、奥林匹克运动领域民主机制不健全和运动员民主参与意识不强等。通过强化以运动员为中心的思想、消减技术专家决策论思想的影响、建立健全的民主机制和提高运动员的民主参与意识,实现运动员与技术专家之间的协商对话,推动技术从追求效率和效益向绿色方向发展,从而促进奥林匹克运动健康、持续的发展。The main reasons for the weakening of athletes'right to speak in the modern Olympic technology decision-making system are the influence of the traditional technology expert decision theory,the unsound democratic mechanism in the Olympic movement and the athletes'weak sense of democratic participation.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the athletes'right of speech in the modern Olympic technology decision-making system.Through enhancing the thoughts on the athletes as the centre,reducing technical expert decision theory ideas,establishing and perfecting the mechanism of democracy and improving the athletes'democratic participation,negotiating dialogues between athletes and technical experts,promoting technology to develop in the direction of ecology from the pursuit of efficiency and benefit,so as to promote the healthy and sustained development of the Olympic movement.
