摘  要:针对海天煤业有限公司郭庄煤矿残采区掘进工作面过垮落空巷的问题,提出了掘进工作面超前预注浆加固方案,并针对不同破坏类型废巷提出相应的支护方式,并进行了工业性试验。结果表明,掘进工作面空巷垮落区域煤岩体间空隙被浆液充填,超前预注浆取得了比较理想的效果。结合基本支护和加强支护的支护方案,实现了掘进工作面的安全顺利推进。Aiming at the problem that the driving face in the residual coal mining area of Guozhuang Coal Mine in Haitian Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.passes over the collapsed unsupported roadway,the advanced pre-grouting reinforcement scheme for the driving face is proposed,and the corresponding support methods are proposed for different types of damage,industrial tests are carried out.The results show that the fractural between coal and rock in driving face are filled with grouting materials,and the advanced pre-grouting has achieved a relatively ideal effect.Combined with the basic and the reinforcement support,the safety and normal operation of the driving face has been achieved.
