摘　　要：体育外交作为国家总体外交的有效补充和完善,其在外交全局中发挥着独特的作用。特色大国外交背景下如何开展好体育外交工作显得尤为重要。采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,基于外交效果的视角,对体育外交的价值挖掘、实践路径、效果评价等进行重新审视,分析当前体育外交发展所面临的问题。从国家整体利益的战略高度和外交效果角度出发,探讨改进和完善体育外交的发展策略:推进建立体育外交长效发展机制;加大体育外交复合型人才培养;唤醒参与主体外交意识和提高外交素养;加强宏观引导和突出外交诉求;完善建立体育外交评价机制。期望体育外交进一步释放活力,融入国家总体外交布局,在构建特色大国外交的进程中做出更大的贡献。Sports diplomacy effectively complements and perfects China's diplomacy by playing a unique role in China's overall diplomacy. How to carry out a good job in sports diplomacy is particularly important under the background of major-country diplomacy with Chinese characteristics. Using literature review and logic analysis, taking the diplomacy effectiveness into consideration, this paper reflects on the value guidance, practice path and effect evaluation of sports diplomacy, and analyzes the problems it encounters nowadays. From the perspectives of the overall national interest and diplomacy effect, this paper explores the approaches to the improvement and perfection of the development path of sports diplomacy: establishing a long-term development mechanism of sports diplomacy;strengthening cultivation of sports diplomacy interdisciplinary talents;awaking the diplomatic awareness of participants and improving diplomatic accomplishment;strengthening macro-guidance and highlighting diplomatic demands;improving the establishment of the evaluation mechanism of sports diplomacy. It hopes to facilitate the building of a more vigorous environment. Besides, it expects to be incorporated into China's overall diplomatic layout, and contribute more to the building of great power diplomacy with Chinese characteristics.
