摘 要:采用中国省域面板数据,通过构建军民融合协同创新变量,基于地理邻接和要素流动两种权重矩阵,实证分析军民融合协同创新对国防创新绩效的影响及空间溢出效应。结果表明:国防专利申请量和授权量在空间分布上呈显著集聚特征;在地理邻接权重和研发资本流动权重下国防创新绩效存在显著空间溢出效应;从对本地区的影响看,产-研和产-学两类互补型协同对国防创新绩效有显著促进作用,研-研和研-学两类替代型协同则不利于国防创新,区域创新水平和对外开放均对国防创新有益;从对周边地区的影响看,研-研协同显著提升周边地区的国防创新绩效,产-研协同则对研发资本流动关联紧密地区的创新绩效有积极作用。As an important way of military and civilian integration,synergy innovation has an important impact on the performance of national defense science and technology innovation.Based on the panel data of national defense patents of 30 provinces in China from 2009 to 2016,the paper constructs a spatial weight matrix from the perspective of geographical location and innovation capital flow,uses spatial econometric analysis methods to empirically investigate the impact of synergy innovation of military-civilian integration on national defense innovation performance by establishing an innovative synergy index system.The research shows that the spatial distribution of national defense innovation has significant high-value agglomeration.The synergy between research and academia,research and research has a significant negative impact on the performance of national defense innovation,and the synergy between the Industry and Research,Industry and academia has a significant positive impact on the performance of national defense innovation.The dynamic flow of inter-regional innovation capital is conducive to the spatial overflow of knowledge and the improvement of regional innovation performance.Research-research synergy promotes the performance of defense innovation in neighboring areas,while industry-research synergy promotes the output of defense innovation in areas closely interconnected with R&D capital flows.The research results of this paper have important policy implications for differentiating the differences of synergistic effects between different subjects,improving the coordination mode of national defense innovation organization and promoting the development of integration of military and civilian.
