雷火灸联合中药熏药在椎体成形术后残留腰背痛中的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察雷火灸联合中药熏药治疗在椎体成形术后残留腰背痛中的临床疗效。方法:选取2015年7月~2017年12月本院骨一科行经皮椎体成形术后残留腰背痛的患者共84例,随机分为观察组和对照组各42例。对照组给予抗骨质疏松药物及中药熏药治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上联合雷火灸治疗,记录两组患者治疗前及治疗后1周、1个月、6个月视觉模拟评分(VAS评分)、Oswestry残损指数(ODI评分),并记录两组患者对护理满意度。结果:各时间点治疗后,两组患者VAS、ODI评分均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05);观察组治疗后各时间点VAS、ODI评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:雷火灸联合中药熏药疗法能有效改善椎体成形术后残留腰背痛,值得推广应用。Objective:To observe the effect of thunder fire moxibustion combined with Chinese medicine fumigation in treating residual low back pain after vertebroplasty.Methods:A total of 84 patients with residual low back pain after percutaneous vertebroplasty from July 2015 to December2017 were randomly divided into two groups:observation group(n=42)and control group(n=42).Both groups accepted anti-osteoporsis and Chinese medicine fumigation treatment,the observation group adopted thunder fire moxibustion therapy on the foundation.The Visual Analog Score(VAS)and Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)scores were recorded before and at 1 week,1 month,and 6 months after treatment.The satisfaction degree of nursing care between the two groups was compared.Results:At each time point after treatment,the VAS,ODI score of the two groups was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and that of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Thunder fire moxibustion combined with Chinese medicine fumigation show significant curative effect in the treatment of residual low back pain after vertebroplasty,worthy of clinical application.
