复方六君丹参颗粒对改善气虚痰瘀型高血压患者动脉顺应性及弹性的研究

摘　　要：目的:观察复方六君丹参颗粒(LJD)对气虚痰瘀型高血压患者的脉搏波传导速度(ba PWV)、踝臂指数(ABI)及炎症因子的影响,探讨复方六君丹参颗粒对动脉血管的顺应性及弹性的作用。方法:将100例气虚痰瘀型高血压患者随机均分为治疗组及对照组各50例,对照组予服用拜新同(硝苯地平控释片30mg),治疗组则在此基础上加服复方六君丹参颗粒,比较两组患者baPVW、ABI、CRP、Hcy、IL-6、TNF-α变化情况。结果:两组患者治疗后baPWV、ABI均较治疗前降低(P<0.01),提示动脉硬化程度均能得到控制,但治疗组治疗后baPWV、ABI下降程度更显著(P<0.01),说明治疗组相比对照组对患者动脉硬化的保护作用更加明显;两组治疗后血同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)均较治疗前降低(P<0.01),提示动脉血管壁的炎症反应均能得到控制,但治疗组治疗后Hcy、TNF-α、IL-6与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:六君丹参颗粒联合硝苯地平控释片可改善气虚痰瘀型高血压患者血管弹性及顺应性,其机制可能与抗炎有关。Objective:To observe the effects of compound Liujun-Danshen Granules(LJD)on pulse wave velocity(baPWV),ankle brachial index(ABI)and inflammatory factors in patients with qi deficiency and phlegm-type hypertension,and to explore the compound Liujun-Danshen granules.The effect on the compliance and elasticity of arterial blood vessels.Methods:100 patients with qi deficiency and sputum type hypertension were randomly divided into treatment group(n=50)and control group(n=50),the control group was treated with Baixintong(30 mg nifedipine controlled release tablets orally),the treatment group was treated with Compound Liujun-Danshen Granules on the basis of Baixintong,the changes of baPVW,ABI,CRP,Hcy,IL-6 and TNF-αwere compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:The levels of baPWV and ABI in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.01),which meant the degree of arteriosclerosis could be controlled.However,the levels of baPWV and ABI in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01),indicating that the protective effect of the treatment group on the arteriosclerosis was more obvious than that of the control group.The mean value of IL-6 was lower than that before treatment(P<0.01),which meant the inflammatory response of the arterial wall could be controlled.However,Hcy,TNF-αand IL-6 in the treatment group were significantly different from Hcy,TNF-αand IL-6 after treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion:Liujun-Danshen Granule combined with Baixintong can improve the vascular elasticity and compliance of patients with qi deficiency and hypertension,the mechanism may be related to anti-inflammatory.
