物理因子在下肢截肢残端康复中的应用及疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨物理因子在下肢截肢残端康复治疗中的应用疗效。方法:选择本院收治的外伤后下肢截肢病人60例,随机分为康复组及对照组各30例。对照组采取功能训练、心理康复干预及穿戴压力衣等常规治疗,康复组在对照组的基础上结合蜡疗、中药熏洗、中频脉冲电治疗三种物理因子疗法进行治疗。治疗后两组患者通过MMT肌力评定法、VAS疼痛评分,评估残肢肌力和残端疼痛程度,以判定疗效。结果:治疗后,两组患者的肌力分级、VAS评分均较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05),且干预组治疗后的肌力分级、VAS评分显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:物理因子在下肢截肢残端康复治疗中,在改善截肢残端肌力与缓解疼痛方面效果显著,值得临床推广。Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of physical factors on the rehabilitation of amputation of lower extremity.Method:60 cases of lower limb amputation were randomly divided into rehabilitation group(n=30)and control group(n=30).The control group was treated with functional training,psychological rehabilitation intervention and wearing pressure suit.The rehabilitation group on the basis of conventional treatment combined with wax therapy and traditional Chinese medicine fumigation,intermediate frequency electric pulse treatment of the three kinds of physical factors therapy.After treatment of two groups of patients by MMT strength assessment method,VAS pain score,evaluation stump muscle strength and stump pain degree,to judge the curative effect.Results:After treatment,the patients in the two groups of muscle strength and VAS pain score were compared with those before treatment has improved(P<0.05),but the rehabilitation treatment group after the improvement of muscle strength,VAS pain score were significantly better than the control group,the degree of difference with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Physical factors in the rehabilitation treatment of amputation stump,in improving the amputation stump muscle strength and relieve pain,the effect is remarkable,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
