腰椎间盘髓核突出“有效值”与大推拿疗效的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:确定腰椎间盘突出症髓核突出"有效值"是影响全麻下大推拿治疗效果的因素之一。方法:收集60例腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床资料,对治疗前后的JOA评分进行统计并分组,分析每组的"有效值"变化是否有意义,并回归分析其相关程度。结果:"优、良组"治疗前后"有效值"有显著性差异,"可、无效"组无显著性差异,"有效值"变化与治疗效果有相关性。结结论论:LDH髓核突出"有效值"变化为影响大推拿效果的重要因素。Objective:To determine"effective value"(EV)of lumbar disc nucleus pulposus protrusion is one of the factors which affect the therapeutic effect of massage under general anesthesia.Methods:Collected data of 60 patients with lumbar disc herniation and divided into groups according to their JOA scores,analyzed the changes of EV in each group and their correlation by regression analysis.Results:There was statistical difference in change of EV before and after treatment in"excellent and good"group,while no statistical difference in"ordinary and invalid"group,which showed that change of EV was correlated with therapeutic effect.Conclusion:Change of EV of nucleus pulposus protrusion in LDH is an important factor that affects the therapeutic effect of massage under general anesthesia.
