养老机构开展康复服务的必要性和可行性研究

摘　　要：中国已进入老龄化社会。关于养老机构的相关调研显示,入住老人残疾率高、慢病率高、多病共存,严重影响日常生活自理能力,急切需要康复服务,开展预防性康复和维持性康复服务是必要的、也是可行的。采取个性化服务是老年康复服务的特色,要加快加大老年康复服务人才的培养,需要政府有关部门和职业院校在政策和经费上予以支持,以确保在养老机构内实施适宜康复技术,提高老年生活质量,使广大老年人老有所养、老有所康。China has entered an aging society.According to the related research of the pension institutions,the elderly people are in high rate of disability,slow disease,and multiple diseases,which seriously affects the ability of self-care in daily life and urgently needs rehabilitation services.To carry out preventive rehabilitation and maintenance of rehabilitation services is necessary and feasible.Personalized service is the characteristic of elderly rehabilitation service.In order to accelerate the training of the elderly rehabilitation service personnel,the government departments and vocational colleges should support them in policies and funds.The implementation of appropriate rehabilitation technology in the pension institutions can improve the quality of elderly life.
