摘 要:2010年,济宁市依托世行贷款“山东生态造林项目”,在退化山地区域营造不同造林模型生态防护林6675.5 hm^2,至2019年已有10年。为评估项目林生态效益,本文以项目区不同造林模型为研究对象,核算评估蓄水保水、减少土地废弃、减少清淤、减少养分流失等生态效益功能价值,并进行模型间比较。结果表明,济宁项目林总生态价值为18002.7806万元,充分发挥了蓄水保土等生态功能。不同生态功能按价值大小排序为:蓄水价值>减少泥沙淤积价值>土壤养分流失价值>减少土地废弃价值。项目林混交造林模型的蓄水保土及保肥效果显著优于单一树种模型造林。山东生态造林项目产生了良好的生态效益,有关技术和管理方式能够为今后荒山生态造林提供示范和借鉴。In 2010,the World Bank Loan supported Shandong Ecological Afforestation Project(SEAP)completed 6675.5 hm^2 afforestation in Jining City,which were all conducted according to afforestation models.Based on the 10^th year investigation,we evaluated the ecological benefits of each afforestation model,including water conservation,decrease of land waste,dredging demands and nutrient loss.The total value reached 180 million Yuan,showing magnificent ecological benefits.According to calculated value,the ecological benefits are decreased by the order:water conservation,dredging reducing,soil nutrient reducing and land waste reducing.Mixed afforestation models have significant higher ecological effects than mono-afforestation.The project experience give demonstration to mountainous area afforestation in many aspects.
