摘　　要：现行高校毕业生就业率统计模式受多种因素影响,无法客观反映高校毕业生的就业状况。文章在对我国现行高校就业率统计模式进行深入分析基础上,构建了新的高校毕业生就业信息统计模式,以此提高高校毕业生就业率的真实性,并动态监测高校毕业生的就业发展状况。The employment rate of college graduates is an important indicator for evaluating the quality of colleges and the level of education,which is an important factor influencing talent training in colleges and universities.However,the current statistical model of employment rate of college graduates has certain defects and shortcomings,which cannot objectively reflect the employment situation of college graduates.Therefore,based on the in-depth analysis and research on the current statistical model of college employment rate in China,this paper puts forward the idea of reconstructing the statistical model of employment information of college graduates,in order to improve the authenticity of college graduates'employment rate and monitor it dynamically.
