摘 要:为了改善镀锌钢板的焊接性和提高焊接接头的性能,研究了镀锌钢板表面涂覆Cu粉的U-MIG焊接工艺和焊缝成型机制。通过焊缝宏观形貌和横截面分析了Cu粉的添加对焊缝形貌的影响,采用光学显微镜分析了热影响区和焊缝中心区的微观组织。利用第一性原理计算的方法进一步分析了Cu与Fe的成键机制。研究结果表明Cu粉的添加增加了焊缝熔深和减小了焊缝余高;同时,金相图表明铜粉有利于细化焊缝区的晶粒组织;差分电荷密度图则表明Cu的添加有利于提高结构的稳定性。In order to improve the weldability of galvanized steel sheet and the performance of welded joints,the process and forming mechanism of U-MIG welding with Cu powder added to galvanized steel sheet were investigated.The effect of Cu powder on weld morphology was analyzed based on weld surface and cross section.Microstructure of heat affected zone and weld zone of welded joint was characterized by optical microscope.The bonding mechanism of Cu and Fe was calculated by the first principle calculation method.The results showed that the addition of Cu powder increased the weld penetration and reduced the weld reinforcement.At the same time,the metallographic diagram showed that Cu powder was conducive to refining the grain structure in the weld zone.The charge density difference diagram showed that the addition of Cu was beneficial to improve the stability of the structure.
