摘 要:针对传统电机作为无阀液压系统动力装置时存在的效能低下、速度调节不稳定和响应速度慢等问题,提出将矢量控制永磁同步电机代替传统电机驱动无阀系统中的泵,并建立无阀液压系统的数学模型。传统PID很难解决该无阀液压系统控制过程中的时变性、非线性等问题,因此设计基于该无阀液压系统的模糊PID位置控制器。采用AMESim和MATLAB软件对无阀系统进行联合仿真,将仿真实验结果与采用传统PID的仿真实验结果进行对比。结果表明:模糊PID控制方法对永磁同步电机驱动的无阀液压系统在响应速度、抗干扰性以及位置跟踪精度方面有着良好的效果。Aimed at the problems such as low efficiency,unstable speed regulation and slow response speed when traditional motor was used as the power unit of valveless hydraulic system,a vector controlling permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)was proposed to replace the traditional motor to drive the pump in the valveless hydraulic system,and a mathematical model of valveless hydraulic system was established.Traditional PID was difficult to solve the problems of time-varying and non-linear in the control process of the valveless hydraulic system,so the fuzzy PID position controller based on the valveless hydraulic system was designed.AMESim and MATLAB were used for joint simulation of valveless system,and the simulation results were compared with those of traditional PID.The results show that the fuzzy PID control method has good effect on response speed,anti-interference and position tracking accuracy of the valveless hydraulic system driven by PMSM.
