摘　　要：安徽县域产业园办园已有30年历史,数量、规模不断增加,基本完成要素集聚。各地产业园发展到改革创新的深水区,产业园企业同质化严重、研发能力薄弱、盲目竞争等各类问题频发,结合安徽实施五大发展行动计划,初步形成“一圈五区”的区域发展新格局的背景,提出加强现有政策学习、制定区域共同发展策略、打造区域联合研发平台、金融、信息、中介配套服务平台和产业园企业区域交流平台实现资源共享、技术共享为核心的县域产业园联动发展,进一步释放企业活力,推动安徽县域产业园高质量发展。Anhui county industrial park has been established for 30 years,with the increasing number and scale,and the gathering of elements.Various industrial parks have developed into deep-water areas for reform and innovation with the development of industrial parks all over the country,and various problems such as serious homogenization of enterprises in industrial parks,weak R&D capabilities,blind competition and so on occur frequently.Based on the implementation of the five development action plans in Anhui,this paper preliminarily forms a new pattern of regional development of“one circle,five regions”,proposes to strengthen the existing policy learning,formulates regional common development strategies,creates regional joint R&D platform,finance,information,intermediary supporting service platform and industrial park enterprise regional exchange platform,realizes the county industrial park linkage development with resource sharing and technology sharing as the core,further releases enterprise vitality,and promotes the high-quality and harmonious development of Anhui county industrial park.
