摘  要:在国家产教融合创新驱动大背景下,构建高校科技成果和企业技术需求之间绿色通道对于实现地方经济结构转型和经济发展具有重要意义。对河南高校部分科研部门开展调研和对河南统计年鉴(科学技术)的数据进行分析,梳理河南高校科技成果转移转化的现状及存在的诸如政策不到位、评价机制陈旧、服务落后等主要问题,提出通过强化制度支撑,多方服务并举,建立成果互信机制等方式,构建良性成果转移转化引导机制和科技成果转化新生态的积极举措,促进河南高校科技成果转移转化健康发展。Under the background of production-education integration driven by innovation,it is of great significance to build up a green channel between scientific and technological achievements of colleges and universities and technological demands of enterprises in order to realize the transformation of local economic structure and economic development.Based on the investigation and analysis of some research departments in Henan Universities and the Henan Statistical Yearbook(Science and Technology)data,the paper sorts out the present situation and the main problems of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Henan universities such as the lack of policy,the obsolete evaluation mechanism and the backward service and so on.The positive measures are put forward to construct the guiding mechanism for the transfer and transformation and the new ecology of transformation by strengthening institutional support,multi-service and establishing the mechanism of mutual trust in achievements,etc.This achievement can promote the transfer and healthy development of scientific and technological achievements in Henan Universities.
