摘 要:血管分叉现象在人体中普遍存在,分叉位置也是极易发生病变的位置.本文采用几何建模软件GAMBIT2.4.6建立两种不同的Y型分叉血管模型,利用计算流体力学软件FLUENT14.5分别对其两种不同的入口速度下,进行单相(血浆)流动与两相(血浆、红细胞)流动的数值模拟,得到两者的速度云图进行比较.计算结果显示,在相同的入口速度下,单相(血浆)流动的流速要比两相(血浆、红细胞)流动的流速要大,而在随着血液突然进入狭窄管道内时,两相(血浆、红细胞)流动的流速要比单相(血浆)流动的流速要大.The phenomenon of bifurcation in human blood vessels is common and it is also the location where lesions easily occur.Geometric modeling software GAMBIT2.4.6 was used to establish two different y-shaped bifurcation vascular models.Computational fluid dynamics software FLUENT14.5 was used to conduct numerical simulation of single-phase(plasma)flow and two-phase(plasma,red blood cell)flow at two different inlet velocities.The velocity cloud maps of the two were compared.At the same inlet velocity,the flow rate of single-phase(plasma)flow was greater than that of two-phase(plasma,red blood cells)flow.The two-phase(red blood cells)flow was greater than that of single-phase(plasma)flow when blood suddenly entered the narrow channel.
