摘　　要：目的系统评价利多卡因治疗耳鸣的疗效,为老药新用提供临床依据。方法计算机检索Pubmed、Embase、Cochrane Central、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中国学术期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、维普中文期刊全文数据库(VIP)和万方数据库中利多卡因治疗主观性耳鸣的临床随机对照试验(RCTs),检索时间从建库到2019年6月,采用Review Manager 5.3软件进行数据分析。结果共归入17篇RCTs,1691位患者(1737耳),其中对照组842例,试验组859例。Meta-分析结果显示利多卡因对耳鸣的疗效高于传统疗法(OR=3.11,95%CI=2.44~3.97,Z=9.12,P<0.00001)。结论利多卡因能明显缓解耳鸣症状,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective In order to provide clinical evidence for the new role of old drugs,systematically evaluate the curative effect of lidocaine on tinnitus.Methods The clinical randomized controlled trials(RCTs)about lidocaine in treatment of subjective tinnitus in Pubmed,Embase,Cochrane Central,CNKI,CBM,VIP and Wanfang database were searched until June 2019 by computer.Data statistics were conducted by Review Manager 5.3 software.Results A total of 17 RCTs articles and 1691 patients(1737 ears)were included.The control group includes 842 cases and the experimental group is 859 cases.Meta-analysis result shows that lidocaine has a higher therapeutic effect on tinnitus than traditional therapies(95%CI=2.44~3.97,OR=3.11,Z=9.12,P<0.00001).Conclusion Lidocaine can significantly relieve the symptoms of tinnitus in patients and has a strong clinical application value.
