摘  要:以废聚苯乙烯泡沫、甲基丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸和丙烯酰胺为原料,在一定反应条件下采用无皂乳液聚合法合成出钻井液用胶乳封堵剂FPS,对低聚物加量、单体配比、链转移剂和引发剂的用量、反应温度等合成条件进行了优化,并对胶乳封堵剂进行了性能评价。试验结果表明,采用无皂乳液聚合法合成的封堵材料FPS与钻井液的配伍性好,封堵能力强,能够有效提高井壁的稳定性,抗温可达200℃,并且不易起泡。在4%的淡水基浆中加入2.0%的胶乳封堵剂FPS后,钻井液泥饼的质量得到很大改善,淡水钻井液的API滤失量由40 mL降低到11.0 mL。A latex plugging agent FPS for use in drilling fluid was synthesized by soap-free emulsion polymerization method with waste polystyrene foam, butyl methacrylate, acrylic acid, and acrylamide as the materials under certain conditions, the synthesis conditions like the amount of low polymer, the ratio of monomers, the amounts used of chain transfer agent and initiator, and the reaction temperature, etc. were optimized, and the performance of latex plugging agent was evaluated. The test results have shown that the plugging agent FPS synthesized by soap-free emulsion polymerization method is well compatible with drilling fluid, has strong plugging capacity, can improve wellbore stability, can sustain the temperature of up to 200 ℃, and is not prone to foaming. The quality of the mud cake of drilling fluid was improved greatly and the API filter loss of fresh-water drilling fluid was reduced from 40 mL to 11.0 mL after 2.0% latex plugging agent FPS was added to 4% fresh water base mud.
