摘  要:针对渤海低渗储层水平井研发了一种交联颗粒堵剂体系,该体系的配方为:0.3 g聚丙烯酰胺+0.3 g丙烯酸+0.1 g N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺+0.1 g过硫酸铵+50.0 g丙烯酰胺+0.75 g氢氧化钠+12.5 g黏土。对交联颗粒堵剂体系的耐温性、耐盐性、封堵性及注入性等性能进行了评价。试验结果表明,该交联颗粒堵剂体系具有良好的耐温性能,在80℃下放置100 d后,体系黏度由92.6 mPa·s降至74.3 mPa·s;矿化度对该体系黏度的影响较小,体系可耐矿化度10 000 mg/L,耐盐性较好;该交联颗粒堵剂体系具有较强的封堵性及耐冲刷性,且该体系具有较强的注入选择性,能优先进入高渗透层。A crosslinked particulated plugging agent system was developed for the horizontal wells of low permeability reservoir of Bohai Oilfield, and the formulation of this system is: 0.3 g polyacrylamide + 0.3 g acrylic acid + 0.1 g N,N′-methylene-bisacrylamide + 0.1 g ammonium persulfate + 50.0 g acrylamide+ 0.75 g sodium hydroxide + 12.5 g clay. The temperature tolerance, salt tolerance, plugging performance, and injectability, etc. of this crosslinked particulated plugging agent system were evaluated. The test results have shown that this crosslinked particulated plugging agent system has good temperature tolerance property with the viscosity of system having dropped from 92.6 mPa.s to 74.3 mPa.s after placed at 80 ℃ for 100 d, that salinity has little effect on the viscosity of system while the system being tolerant to the salinity of up to 10 000 mg/L, that the system has good salt tolerance property, that this crosslinked particulated plugging agent system has strong plugging performance and good washing resistant performance, and that this system has strong injection selectivity and thus can enter into high permeability layer first.
