摘  要:成胶稳定性影响深部调驱效果。针对大洼油田夏季调驱体系大面积破胶,研究分析了影响调驱剂成胶稳定因素,得出夏季现场配制用水水质是影响成胶的主要因素,其中硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)和铁细菌、S^2-、机械杂质含量超标对成胶影响较大。采用在调驱体系加入杀菌剂,对用水进行杀菌处理,强化水质管理等措施,改善调驱注入水水质,解决了调驱破胶难题,保证了大洼油田夏季调驱效果。Stability of gelling affects the effect of deep profile control.In view of large area gel breaking of the profile control system at summer in Dawa Oilfield,the major factors affecting the quality of the water for on-site preparation of profile control system at summer were identified by investigating the factors affecting the gelling stability of profile control system,and it was thus found that sulfate-reducing bacteria(SRB)and iron bacteria,S2-,and excessive mechanical impurities are those affecting the gelling largely.The problem of gel breaking of profile control system was fixed and the quality of injection water was improved by adding bactericide to profile control system,performing sterilization of water,and strengthening water quality management,etc.,and therefore the profile control operation is secured at summer in Dawa Oilfield.
