摘  要:通过对传统Al2O3载体加以改进,研制出一种凝析油加氢处理催化剂CoMoNi/Al2O3-ZrO2。该催化剂具有较高的脱硫活性和芳烃饱和活性,在压力为4.0 MPa、反应温度为320℃、氢油体积比为350∶1、空速为1.0 h-1的条件下,脱硫率达到99.6%,芳烃饱和率达到95.4%。1 000 h稳定性试验结果表明,催化剂具有良好的活性稳定性。A condensate oil hydrotreating catalyst CoMoNi/Al2O3-ZrO2 was developed by improving conventional Al2O3 carrier. This catalyst has high desulfuration activity and aromatics saturation activity with the desulfuration rate and the aromatics saturation rate being 99.6% and 95.4% respectively when the pressure is 4.0 MPa, the reaction temperature is 320 ℃, the volume ratio of hydrogen to oil is 350 : 1, and the space velocity is 1.0 h-1. The results of 1 000-hour stability test have shown that this catalyst has high activity and stability.
