摘  要:为了确定连续式搅拌设备的冷料分级与料仓数量,基于Superpave与Bailey法级配设计理论,通过分析粗集料和细集料对混合料性能的影响,确定了控制混合料质量的关键粒径尺寸为第一控制筛孔尺寸、限制区筛孔尺寸、1/2公称最大粒径及公称最大粒径;结合当前常用的各类沥青混合料粒径尺寸,得出结论:为了满足生产各类型常用沥青混合料的需要,搅拌站应设置不少于8种不同规格的集料,冷料仓数量不宜少于6个。In order to determine the cold material classification and the number of silos of continuous mixing equipment,based on the theories of Superpave and Bailey gradation design methods,the effects of coarse and fine aggregates on the performance of the mixture were analyzed.Critical mesh sizes for controlling the quality of the mixture were determined as the first control mesh size,the mesh size of the restricted area,the 1/2 nominal maximum aggregate size and the nominal maximum aggregate size.Combined with the currently used aggregate sizes,it is concluded that in order to meet the needs of mixing plants to produce various types of common asphalt mixtures,there should be no less than 8 types of aggregates,and the number of cold silos should be no less than 6.
