摘  要:由于搅拌机的转速对物料搅拌与混合的均匀程度具有决定性影响,本文以颗粒接触模型为基础,把水泥骨料接触简化为弹簧-阻尼-振动系统,建立双卧轴搅拌机模型,并在离散元软件中进行混合模拟。使用Lacey指数分析了不同转速对混合度的影响,得到在填充率为30%、转速为300 r·min^-1时混合均匀度较好,搅拌效率较高,混凝土性能较优的结论。Given that the rotation speed of the mixer has a decisive influence on the uniformity of the material mixing,the cement-aggregate contact was simplified as a spring-damping-vibration system based on the particle contact model.A model of mixer with double horizontal shafts was established,and simulation on the mixing was performed by the discrete element software.The Lacey index was used to analyze the influence of different rotation speeds on the mixing degree.It was found that the mixing uniformity was better,the mixing efficiency was higher,and the concrete performance was better when the filling rate was 30%and the rotation speed was 300 r·min^-1.The study provides a scientific basis for mixing and ensures the strength and performance of concrete.
