摘 要:针对以无人机为搭载平台的气体监测系统,存在同步实时监测气体种类少、电路结构复杂、扩展性差等问题;文中提出以现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)作为主控芯片,将接口通讯功能、控制功能、数据缓存功能、数据处理功能集成在芯片内部,以多通道并行传输与处理的方式实现了多种气体的实时同步监测;实验结果表明,所采用方案正确可行,可完成对温湿度、PM2.5/10、二氧化氮、二氧化硫、臭氧等8种气体浓度的同步实时采集,单通道通讯速率为9600 bit/s,气体浓度精度可达到1 PPB,同时增加了系统的灵活性,有利于系统的拆装和扩展,且在硬件结构、体积、采集速率、数据实时性方面有所改善。The gas monitoring system based on unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)has several problems,such as less parameters,complex circuit structure and poor expansibility.In this paper,field programmable gate array(FPGA)is proposed as the main control chip,which integrates the interface communication function,control function,data cache function and data processing function into the chip,and realizes the real-time synchronous monitoring of various gases by means of multi-channel parallel transmission and processing.The experimental results show that the scheme is feasible and can be completed on the temperature and humidity,PM2.5/10,nitrogen dioxide,sulfur dioxide,ozone and other eight kinds of synchronous real-time data acquisition of gas content at the same time increase the flexibility of the system,The single-channel communication rate is 9600bit/s,and the accuracy of gas concentration can reach 1PPB,is helpful for the dismantling and the expansion of the system,and the hardware structure,volume,data real-time acquisition rate,has improved.
