摘 要:为实现调节阀外漏故障检测,提出了基于调节阀流量系数的特征参数诊断方法。采用在模型中加入故障进行仿真分析的思路:首先对流量试验台架建立数学仿真模型,引入了外漏故障模型;然后分别运行调节阀外漏与无故障时的模型,通过对流量系数的分析,得出了调节阀在发生外漏与无故障时流量系数的变化规律;最后在实际流量试验台架上对部分规律进行了验证,试验结果与仿真规律表现一致。研究为调节阀外漏故障在线诊断方法提供了借鉴与依据。In order to realize the fault detection of the leakage of the regulating valve,a diagnosis method of characteristic parameters based on the flow coefficient of the regulating valve is proposed.The main idea is to add faults to the model for simulation analysis.Firstly,a mathematical simulation model was established for the flow test bench,and a leakage fault model was introduced.Then,the models of leakage and no-fault of the regulating valve were respectively operated.Through the analysis of the flow coefficient,the variation law of the flow coefficient of the regulating valve in the event of leakage and no-fault was obtained.Finally,some laws were verified on the flow test bench,and the test results were consistent with the simulation rules.The research in this paper provides basic ideas and theoretical basis for on-line diagnosis of leakage faults of regulating valves.
