多组分纤维混纺紧密赛络段彩弹力包芯纱产品的开发及工艺研究

摘　　要：介绍了紧密赛络段彩弹力包芯纱的风格特征、生产装置及原理。根据有色涤纶、椰炭涤纶、草珊瑚纤维及棉纤维的性能特点,对细纱机进行改造,并针对生产过程中出现的问题,采取必要的技术措施,顺利纺制出有色涤纶/椰炭涤纶/草珊瑚纤维/棉纤维混纺紧密赛络段彩弹力包芯纱。结合生产实践和工艺测试,对影响紧密赛络瑖彩弹力苞芯纱质量的纤维性能和纺纱工艺参数进行分析,探讨了提高混纺瑖彩弹力苞芯纱质量的一些关键技术措施。对纱线的主要性能进行测试,试验结果表明,所得有色涤纶/椰炭涤纶/草珊瑚纤维/棉纤维混纺紧密赛络段彩弹力包芯纱质量稳定,其各项指标均达到较好的水平。The style characteristics,production equipment and principles of compact siro color stretch elastic core-spun yarn were introduced.According to the performance characteristics of colored polyester,coconut carbon polyester,grass coral fiber and cotton fiber,the spinning frame was reformed.In view of the problems in the production process,the necessary technical measures were taken to produce the color polyester/coconut carbon polyester/grass coral fiber/cotton fiber blend compact siro color stretch elastic core-spun yarn successfully.In combination with production practice and process test,the fiber properties and spinning process parameters affecting the quality of compact siro elastic core-spun yarn were analyzed,and some key technical measures to improve the quality of color stretch elastic core-spun yarn were discussed.The main properties of the yarn were tested.The research results showed that the quality of the compact siro color stretch elastic core-spun yarn was stable,and all the indexes reached a good level.
