摘 要:结合德国风选技术在建筑垃圾轻重物质分离中的应用实例,本文着重介绍了建筑拆除垃圾预处理的工艺流程、风选原理、风选设备性能及项目实例资源化数据,并展望了风选技术在其他行业的发展前景。资源化数据表明,德国箱式风选和折板风选技术的组合能够确保骨料含杂率低于1%,克服了传统水浮选技术和国内风选技术的不足。Combined with the application example of German wind sifter technology in the sifter of light and heavy materials in construction waste,this paper focused on the process of pretreatment of construction waste,the principle of wind sifter,the performance of wind sifter equipment and the resource data of project examples,and looked forward to the development prospects of wind sifter technology in other industries.Resource data showed that the combination of German box-type wind sifter and zigzag wind sifter technology could ensure that the impurity content of aggregate was less than 1%,which overcame the shortcomings of traditional hydraulic flotation technology and domestic wind sifter technology.
