摘 要:本文从政策与回收体系建设、发展现状、技术要点、现实困难几个方面对国内动力电池梯次回收利用进行调研。当前,国内电池回收利用产业整体处在初级阶段,政策与回收体系有待完善,关键技术有待突破,经济效益有待提升,商业模式还有待创新。与此同时,梯次利用正迎来商业化突破,上下游企业正紧密合作,提前布局梯次回收业务,共同应对退役潮的到来。This paper investigates the domestic recycling of power batteries in terms of policy and recycling system construction,development status,technical points,and practical difficulties.At present,the domestic battery recycling industry is in its infancy,and policies and recycling systems need to be improved,key technologies need to be broken through,economic benefits need to be improved,and business models need to be innovated.At the same time,the use of echelons is ushering in a commercial breakthrough,and upstream and downstream companies are working closely together to deploy echelon recycling business ahead of time to jointly cope with the arrival of retirements.
