摘  要:模拟迭代精度控制是室内道路模拟试验最关键的环节,迭代精度的好坏能够直接影响到被试件在室内台架试验中能否真实再现车辆在实际行驶过程中的运动状态。本文以某重型牵引车驾驶室为试验对象,完成多轴加载道路模拟试验系统搭建,对试验过程中影响迭代精度的因素进行了分析,重点论述了模拟迭代过程中提高系统迭代精度的控制方法。Simulation iterative precision control is the most important part of indoor road simulation test. The quality of iterative precision can directly affect whether the test piece can truly reproduce the motion state of the vehicle in the actual driving process in the indoor bench test. In this paper, a heavy-duty tractor cab is taken as the test object to complete the road simulation test system of multi-degree of freedom assembly. The factors that affect the iteration accuracy in the test process are analyzed, and the control method to improve the iteration accuracy of the system in the simulation iteration process is mainly discussed.
