精准护理在主动脉夹层动脉瘤患者围手术期中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨精准护理应用在主动脉夹层动脉瘤患者围手术期中的效果。方法选取2014年6月—2017年6月因主动脉夹层动脉瘤于首都医科大学附属北京安贞医院进行手术治疗的57例患者,随机分为观察组(n=29)和对照组(n=28),对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组采用主动脉疾病精准护理模式。比较两组患者血压变化情况、并发症发生率。结果术后观察组患者收缩压(122.5±12.8)mmHg,舒张压(69.3±7.2)mmHg,均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者发生术后综合征2例,对照组8例,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精准护理模式可有效控制主动脉夹层动脉瘤患者术后血压,降低并发症发生率,有临床推广应用价值。Objective To explore the effects of precision nursing in the perioperative period of patients with aortic dissection aneurysms.Methods Totally 57 patients receiving surgery for aortic dissection aneurysms in Beijing Anzhen Hospital,Capital Medical University from June 2014 to June 2017 were selected,and randomized into the observation group(n=29)and the control group(n=28).Patients in the control group received conventional nursing,while patients in the observation group received precision nursing for aortic diseases.Changes in blood pressure and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were(122.5±12.8)mmHg and(69.3±7.2)mmHg in the observation group,both lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were 2 cases with postoperative syndrome in the observation group and 8 cases in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Precision nursing can effectively control the postoperative blood pressure in patients with aortic dissection aneurysms,reduce the incidence of complications,which is worth promoting clinically.
