摘　　要：目的提出转型背景下军队医院建设发展的对策建议。方法采用情报调研法与分析归纳法进行分析。结果在充分分析国内外发展大势基础上,提出军队医院转型建设发展的重点和对策建议。结论军队医院面临着前所未有的转型发展机遇和挑战,新体制新编制新职能要求军队加快转型建设,重点是科学规划、发挥党组织引领、加强学科建设、强化人才培养,需要进一步严规范管理、稳质量基础、强科技核心、保教育职能、抓卫勤根本。Objective To provide the countermeasures and suggestions for the construction and development of military hospitals during transitional period.Methods Intelligence research method and analysis induction method were adopted.Results Based on the full analysis of the development trend at home and abroad,this paper put forward the key points and countermeasures for the transformation and development of military hospitals.Conclusion Military hospitals are facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges in transitional period.The new system,new establishment and new functions require the military to accelerate transformation and construction.The emphasis is on scientific planning,giving full play to the guidance of party organizations,strengthening discipline construction and strengthening personnel training.It is necessary to further standardize management,stabilize the foundation of quality,strengthen the core of science and technology,ensure the function of education,and focus on the foundation of medical service.
