摘　　要：随着我国医疗改革事业的不断推进,先进的供应链模式将医院的各种资源进行科学高效的整合,可以极大地促进医院采购、管理、输送等环节。系统研究SPD(供给、加工、配送)模式下医院采购计划和采购模型的建立,剖析供应链模式在医院采购流程中的作用,提出相关的优化措施,为实际的采购行为提供一定的理论指导。以某院眼科欲申购的几种设备为例,从供应商选择、采购计划的形成等方面入手,进行供应链模式采购计划的分析。此外对医院采购流程优化几点建议进行说明,意在优化医院采购流程,以提高医院的工作效率,取得良好的经济效益和社会效益。With the continuous advancement of China's medical reform,the advanced supply chain model will integrate the various resources of the hospital scientifically and efficiently,which can greatly promote the procurement,management and transportation of hospitals.The establishment of hospital procurement plan and procurement model under SPD mode was systematically studied in this paper.The role of the supply chain model in the hospital procurement process was analyzed to provide some theoretical guidance for the actual procurement behavior.Taking several types of equipment that our hospital's ophthalmology wanted to purchase as an example,the supply chain model procurement plan was analyzed from aspects such as supplier selection,formation of the procurement plan,and so on.In addition,some suggestions for optimizing the hospital procurement process were explained,which was intended to optimize the hospital procurement process to improve the efficiency of the hospital and achieve good economic and social benefits.
